While one can easily generate a brim in PrusaSlicer or SuperSlicer, sometimes it's a bit overkill. Instead, learn how to generate Brim Ears with SuperSlicer (Mouse Ears) on just those troublesome corners of your print!
[SOLVED] Printing on my Prusa Mini or i3 MK3S, I consistently have gaps in my top layer right around the edges. The outside perimeter and the top layer infill have tiny gaps. I've set my first layer Z offset appropriately, ensured I'm printing at the right temperature, and used the pattern I feel would work best, and still have these gaps.
[SOLVED] I am printing a model with a textured design. The prints come out with a surface dotted with random bits of PLA and some stringing when it should be that nice texture. I'd like to try turning off the z-hop. How do I do this?
[SOLVED] Every once in awhile, I've run into this issue where my slicer simply will not launch. It will pretend to launch, but then just hangs with a white screen. I have to kill the app to get it to close. It seemingly happens without reason and continues after a restart of the PC. This is only happening on my Windows 10 machine, but can affect PrusaSlicer, SuperSlicer, and/or Simplify3D (S3D).
