Custom Design & Order Policy

Interested in a custom piece? Here's how our custom design and order process works.

Design fees

Custom work is billed at $60/hour for design and correspondence time, with a one-hour minimum. Most pieces run around $200; more complex work runs higher. The design fee is nonrefundable and is quoted before any work begins.

Printed items

Printed items are priced separately from the design fee, based on size, color, material, and quantity, and are quoted alongside your design estimate. Bespoke runs are priced flat per unit; because 3D printing has little economy of scale, we don't discount by volume unless a job specifically warrants it.

What you receive

You receive finished, printed items only. We do not provide the digital design files or STL files for custom work. The design fee pays for our time creating a print-ready model, not for the file itself.

Final sale

All custom orders are final sale. Because they are made to your specifications, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
