Please find below the frequently asked questions regarding SuperheroDIY's shipping and delivery.


What qualifies for the free shipping promotion?

All items on our site qualify for free shipping when the order total exceeds $89, except heavy items that are designated as such in their description. If a discount code brings the total below $89.01, free shipping no longer applies.

Heavy or larger items, such as the Hero Pod, may be excluded from the free shipping promotion due to weight or overall size.

Do you have expedited shipping options?

Need a package shipped faster? We have two expedited shipping options available during checkout. Once you have entered your shipping address, the available options will appear on the shipping page.

If the expedited option is not shown and you need your item sooner, please contact us.

How do I track the status of an order?

You can view all of your order and shipment statuses, including any future shipments scheduled, by logging into your account. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a list of all items included and a link to the tracking information.

How often do you ship?

Most of our items are made to order, but some are kept in stock. For ready-to-ship items, we ship every day except Sunday and holidays. Once your item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a list of all items on your order and a link to the tracking information.

What if I need my package to arrive on a specific date?

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, as carrier delays can happen once a package leaves our facility and are outside our control. However, we can often adjust your shipping date to get as close as possible to your desired arrival time. Contact us directly or note your preferred delivery date at checkout.

Where does SuperheroDIY ship?

SuperheroDIY ships via our website to all United States addresses and U.S. military addresses (AE, AA, AP). We also ship internationally from our eBay store.

Why is my order shipping next week?

Your item is likely a made-to-order product that needs to be produced prior to shipment. Once it is ready, it is packaged and shipped the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order ships, including a list of all items on your order and a tracking link.

What if my tracking number shows my order as delivered, but I haven't received it?

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once a carrier updates the tracking status to "Delivered," the shipment is considered successfully fulfilled and ownership transfers to the recipient. At that point, SuperheroDIY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you are unable to locate your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your surroundings. Inspect all potential delivery locations around your property, including porches, garages, side doors, and mailboxes.
  2. Ask around. Check whether a household member, neighbor, or building manager accepted the package on your behalf.
  3. Contact your local post office. Provide your tracking number and address. USPS can often confirm the delivery location or assist in recovering misdelivered mail.

If the package still cannot be located, you can submit a Missing Mail claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm.

If you suspect theft, we recommend filing a police report. Mail theft is a federal offense and should be reported to local law enforcement.

Should the package be returned to us for any reason, we will issue a full refund once it is received back at our facility.
